- Waste of money. The delay sucked, the time trying get it set up was too much, and it made my voice sound fast and like a chipmunk. Smh

This app is pure garbage, the people posting 5 stars are the devs. "Check my firewall"!? they say, Ive turned my firewall OFF! and still NOTHING, dont get scammed like I did, just buy a soda with the money, and get a real mic.

The application they ask you to install uses 100% CPU rendering PC stupidly slow.

Installed the PocketControl app on my Mac, and installed the PocketAudio (Microphone) app on my iPod touch. The apps automatically found each other and connected. Very slick. Then I used Rogue Amoeba’s LineIn app to listen to the audio being streamed from the iPod - it was awful! Buzzy, choppy, and laggy. Playing with the audio quality options in the iPod app didn’t help. Compared to the built-in mic on my MacBook, PocketAudio is completely unusable. I may try fooling with it more later. If I get better results, I’ll update this review. Meanwhile, if anyone has had good results, please let us know.

Im using this app for the iPad 3rd generation and a high spec 64bit windows 7 computer. The installation was easy, and it works as advertised. The app opens and closes quickly, looks nice, and above all, it works like a charm. When using it for VOIP services, there is a 3 second delay from when you speak until the person hears, which takes a bit of getting used to, other than that, the app works as advertised and is well worth the money.

I have an iPhone 5 feeding audio to a macbook pro, and the delays are excessive. There is a full 17 second delay between when audio occurs and when it is transmitted into the mac. I cant think of a single use case when a delay that large would be tolerable. There is also no way to exit the app besides force-quit: pressing the home button backgrounds it.

Hey I really think this is a great app but you shouldnt have to pay four dollars for headphones and microphone maybe make pocket audio have both for two dollars

My phone is able to pair with Pocket Control on my Mac but when I speak into phone the audio doesnt transfer to the computer. I was hoping to use this instead of a microphone.

Bought this app. Installed on iPhone 5. Installed PC companion software. Connects with no issue at all. But W7 didnt want to recognize it and let me set it as default recording device. Authors demos are all XP based. Be aware. The app has now been deleted and deemed useless. I lost $1.99 on this app. But will never lose another $ to this brand/author.

I downloaded the app and the corresponding software on my PC. Both showed that the app was connected to the PC; however the recording did not work. Also the contact page on the website doesnt work. I want my money back!

I have tried to enable this mix on my windows 7 computer, and it has successfully connected but cannot be used as a recording device for anything! I want a full refund as this app has wasted my time and money.

Wants me to install a much older version of NET to get it working on my pc. Super stupid. Doesnt work. Would appreciate a refund.

Dont buy this mic; it has poor quality

Not sure another other reviewers problems, this app works just as advertised for me. I launch the application on my computer (Windows 7 64-bit) and the app on my phone automatically connects and is recognized as a microphone. The sound quality is perfect, but has an ~3 second delay. Worth the $2 if you dont have a microphone and dont mind a bit of delay.

First QR code it prompts you to use took me to a Russian site that opened all my apps I presume to log keys. Then got the thing installed and sound in system preferences show input but does not work with dictation no input at all. I am uninstalling

I am loosing my money and time waste

I wrote a long detailed review but the App Store removed it when my nickname was taken. Dont buy this app its useless and a waste of money.
